Privacy Policy

01 Who We Are

Specscreen is a web design and software studio based in São Miguel, Azores, Portugal.

If you have any questions about this policy or your personal data, please contact us at [email protected].

02 Information We Collect

When you contact us through our website, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Company website (if provided)
• Message contents

03 How We Use Your Information

We use this information solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Discuss potential projects or services
• Maintain records of our communications

We do not sell, rent, or share the details you send us with advertisers. How we measure our ads is explained under Cookies & Advertising.

04 Data Storage

Messages submitted through our contact form are delivered to and stored in our email account.

We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage enquiries and business relationships.

05 Infrastructure Providers

Our website may rely on third-party infrastructure and security providers to operate and protect the service. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses as part of delivering and securing the website.

06 Cookies & Advertising

We advertise on Google Ads and use Google's tag to measure which ads lead to a message through our contact form. With your consent, Google may set cookies to recognise that a visit came from one of our ads. When a message is sent, the tag reports only that a message was sent — never your name, email, or what you wrote.

Without your consent, no advertising cookies are set. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals (such as that the page was visited) to estimate ad performance in aggregate. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

We remember your choice in your browser. You can change it at any time: cookie settings.

07 Your Rights

If you would like to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you, please contact us at [email protected].

08 Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.
